Warranty Conditions

✔ Installation must be properly maintained and cared for under normal use conditions
✔ Warranty applies only to the original installation performed by Bath Masters of Collin County
✔ Any issue must be reported within 10 days of discovery
✔ Homeowner must allow reasonable access for inspection and repair if needed
✔ Warranty remains valid as long as no unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

✘ Plumbing issues behind walls or below floors unrelated to our installation work
✘ Foundation movement or structural shifting
✘ Damage caused by floods, fires, storms, or other natural disasters
✘ Normal wear and tear over time
✘ Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
✘ Unauthorized repairs or modifications made after installation
✘ Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to installation
